About

My Journey

Graduated nutritionist specializing in nutrition and micronutrition in Switzerland, I guide each person toward a better dietary balance with a scientific, personalized, and frustration-free approach.

Committed to providing support based on the most up-to-date knowledge, I enhanced my initial training at internationally recognized institutions. I completed a program in Lifestyle Medicine at Harvard Medical School, which explores the links between nutrition, behavior, and health, and develops practical methods for supporting sustainable daily changes. I also deepened my scientific foundations through the Nutrition Science program at the Stanford Center for Health Education, focused on the critical analysis of nutrition research.

My training also includes fundamentals in anatomy, physiology and  pathologya holistic view of the human body that allows me to adapt recommendations precisely and coherently to each situation.

My goal: to provide support with attentive listening, empathy, and pragmatism, building healthy, sustainable eating habits fully integrated into people’s lifestyle.
